Voice recognition, or VR, is a big buzzword in the learning world these days. I am not entirely sure yet how effective it would really be outside of a job aid (not that there is anything wrong with job aids!), but thought that it would be worthwhile to give it a try.

And BOY are they fun to make. In this case, skills made for Amazon's VR assistant, Alexa, are a guided conversation. The developer must map out not only the conversation itself but how it can go south - how a user could not answer in the way anticipated ("what do you do then, Alexa?"), or unintelligibly.

This interaction (which will open in a new window), allows a person concerned about Sith-like tendencies to figure out whether or not they are a proponent of the Dark Side.
